Dheergayu Institute Of Yoga was founded in August 1998 by Yogacharya D. Ganesh. Since then the Institution is working hard to serve the society with healthy life practises.
The Yoga classes are conducted in general batches and also in special batches for ladies and children. We also provide Yoga Instructor Course(YIC) (for 3 months, daily 2 hours),Distance Graduate B.Sc(3 yrs.) and Distance Post Graduate M.Sc.(2yrs.) Teacher's Training Courses.
Every year our Students participate in State, National and International level Yoga Competitions and have won plenty of championships for show casing their excellence. Many programs and camps have been conducted by our Institution to give people the awareness about the benefits of yoga.
For those who aspire to spread the knowledge and benefits of Yoga, Dheergayu Institute of Yoga offers, Yoga Instructor Course(YIC). Course contains daily 2hrs of training for a period of 3 months.
Dheergayu Institute of Yoga offers, B.Sc. in Yoga which is a 3 years Distance Course, for those who would like to take up Yoga Training as their career.
Dheergayu Institute of Yoga offers, M.Sc. in Yoga which is a 2 years Distance Course, for those who would like to take not only as Yoga Training as their career but also interested in research.

Women's Batch will be conducted regularly by our lady instructors.

Children's Batch will be conducted regulary for all the seven days.

Advanced Classes will be conducted regularly for Men, Women and Children

Dheergayu Institute Of Yoga offers yoga classes at your doorstep, for those who have difficulty in coming to the institution, in your own convenient time. Along with yoga, we teach Pranayama, Dhyana and Yoga Therapies(for particular ailments), to help you have both physical and mental health.
Dheergayu Intitute of Yoga conducts Yoga classes at schools who want to include yoga as a regular school physical activity and help students nurture both physically and mentally.
The healing power of Yoga is extraordinarily exemplory. With simple Yoga therapies you can get great results and relief from your long run ailments. Therapies are not just to cure but also for one's well being. Some therapies are taught under the guidance of our Yoga Gurs and some should be done under the supervision of Our Yoga Gurus only.

We at Dheergayu Institute Of Yoga, provide yoga therapy classes for specific ailments along with free doctor's consultation. Asanas and breathing techniques will be personally taught according to the need of the individual.
